How do you puff a perfect PoM? After searching for detailed instructions on how to make my pom look like a pom and not two parts of tissue paper puffed towards each other, I figured it out! And now, I want to share with the world so everyone's PoMs are as pretty as Martha's! Follow along as I show you the art of puffing, not so much the materials needed (8 sheets of tissue paper folded back and forth in about 1 inch widths stapled in the middle) - hint, tie a ribbon or string around the stapled mid-section before puffing if u want to hang 'em!... but the art of puffing 'em!
